I don’t paddle in the shallow end.
I’m Tanya, founder of Love Buddha and creator of The Alchemy Method.
I’ve always been fascinated by people: what makes us tick, why we do what we do, where our patterns begin and what lies beneath the stories we tell ourselves. I’m Scorpio rising, so that explains a few things.
I'm a contradiction in terms.
I can spend hours exploring consciousness, psychology and the depth of existence, then find myself laughing like a child at something ridiculous. Friends have described me as simple in my complexity and easy like quantum physics…
For over three decades, I’ve studied, practised and taught the esoteric arts, exploring where psychology, human behaviour, consciousness and the unseen meet. I’m an intuitive by nature, an artist within my soul and a businesswoman by experience. My work draws on Archetypal wisdom, Energetics, Tarot, Astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys, alongside years of teaching and lived experience.
I spent years working as a spiritual guide. Yet, now spirituality seems to have become saturated and deconsecrated. I’m done with that. What I believe in is life not likes. To me, true spirituality is authenticity: the freedom to be who we really are, beyond the experiences, expectations, conditioning and beliefs we’ve accumulated. Integrity is of great importance and embodiment is key.
I feel everything deeply. I work with energy. I see what’s off, I feel what’s off, and I’m able to transmute it. Once we strip those stories away, we’re free to be whoever we were born to be.
I listen to what’s said, and often to what isn’t. I ask questions, sometimes uncomfortable ones, I’m comfortable sitting with life’s difficult moments, I’ve had my fair share. Yet, I truly believe there’s wisdom in our experiences and extraordinary potential in our pain.
I’ve had a plethora of adventures, I’ve travelled the world, had mind blowing moments and earth shattering ones. I’ve built businesses, lost businesses, I’ve loved deeply and lost painfully. I’ve looked at things from the top of a pedestal and from the gutter and value each as holding great importance.
This is not just what I do for work, this is my life’s work. I believe that life can be tough, yet so are we. The human experience is gloriously ridiculous. I've always believed that profound insight and a sense of humour are equally valuable in navigating the human experience.

Why me?
There is a difference between having knowledge and having wisdom. Knowledge can be studied. Wisdom is earned through experience, through questioning what we think we know and, sometimes, through having everything we thought we knew turned upside down.
Believe me, I've had my fair share of those moments.
Life has taken me through experiences that have challenged me to my core. They've also taught me something invaluable: our greatest adversities can become our greatest teachers. Our trauma can become our trajectory. Our pain can become our power.
I've spent over three decades developing my gifts, studying, practising and teaching, but some of my most profound lessons have come from life itself.
My intuition has always been part of who I am. Information comes through in ways I can't always explain, experience has taught me to trust it. Equally, I have a mind that questions everything. I want to understand what is happening, why it's happening and what can be done with that understanding.
That combination is central to my work.
I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, from those navigating addiction and life's most difficult circumstances to scientists, surgeons and international business owners. Different backgrounds, different challenges, yet one thing remains constant: the shift that can occur when one feels truly seen, heard and held.
I'm not interested in telling people what they want to hear. I care about the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Yet truth without compassion serves very little purpose.
I've walked through enough of life's fires to understand the courage it takes to face ourselves honestly.
I believe that when insight meets courage, extraordinary things become possible.
That's my work. That's the alchemy.
